Simply Engaged is UHC’s Wellness program offered at no additional cost to the employer or employee. Rally is the platform the program sits on. Simply Engaged rewards employees with both gift card rewards and digital coins. The gift cards come in an e-format and the Rally coins can be used to enter in monthly sweepstakes. This program is embedded in the health plan and UHC members can choose to participate as much or as little as they wish.
The program is accessed through the Rally platform, this wellness portal is accessible through myuhc.com – the member resource portal, the member must click on the Health & Wellness tab to link to Rally and register on for the program. They can then download the mobile app and participate using their smart device.
Employees and their spouse/domestic partner must both register and can earn up to $200 each, $400 total per year, in gift cards by completing a range of wellness activities varying from completing the Health Assessment – prompted upon registration, completing 3 Missions (“Challenges”) and/or completing a biometric screening.
